Fog

The fog comes
on little cat feet.
It sits looking
over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.

Read the poem

What is being personified? A figure in human form.
Instead of a person it is personified as a? human fog.

Highlight the verbs blue

Make a list of 10 things found in nature e.g. wind, rain, summer, river etc.
1. Wind.
2. Rain
3. Trees
4. Cloud
5. Dirt
6. Rocks
7. Mud
8. Polant
9. Grass
10.Sun

Choose of thing from your list and personify it sun

S.C.
All capital letters and full stops used correctly
Write using personification i.e. the object you chose is a person
Must use interesting verbs (use a thesaurus please)
No spelling or grammatical mistakes

Sun

The sun comes up like a strong like an elephant.  

It stay still like a statue looking at the open world.

The sun starts to move on downwards
like an elephant going down for a sleep.

Weather.

big.
happy.
hot.
elephant.
